If you prefer redeeming a code yourself over receiving login details, the Surfshark key is the listing to look at. You buy a key, redeem it once, and the product is added to your account on the redeem site. This guide walks through the redeem steps, explains the auto replacement, and answers the questions we get most often.
How a key differs from an account
With an account listing you receive login details. Here you receive a key instead, and the key is what you redeem. Each key is checked before it is sold, it is a lifetime duration key, and it is covered by a lifetime full warranty. The big extra is auto replacement: if a key needs replacing, a new one is issued instantly.
- Lifetime duration keys.
- Full checked before delivery.
- Lifetime full warranty with auto replacement.
- Support and replacement if there are errors.
Redeeming your key step by step
The redeem page named on the product is keyheaven.xyz, and the steps below follow the product instructions.
- Copy the key from your order.
- Go to keyheaven.xyz and enter the key.
- The product is added to your account there automatically.
- Open My Products and click Generate to reveal your item.
Each key can only be redeemed once, so redeem it on the account you intend to keep using. If you are buying for someone else, send them the key unredeemed and let them follow the steps on their own account.
Who should pick the key option
The key format suits buyers who want long term cover with as little hassle as possible. It also works well as a gift, because the key itself is the product and nothing has to be shared. The same logic applies if you resell: a key is easy to pass on, the listing describes it as easy to resell, and the lifetime full warranty with auto replacement stays in place after the sale. Practical tips
- Never paste the key into public chats or screenshots. Whoever redeems it first uses it up.
- Keep your order email so you can find the key again if you need support.
- If the generated item stops working, use the replacement and support described above instead of buying again.
